1. Scheduling

Session availability depends on the type of session. 

I recommend booking as soon as you know your family's schedule so you can get the date & time that works best for you. I only accept a limited number of family session dates per month, so I recommend booking 4-6 weeks in advance.

2. Session Fee

A non-refundable session fee of $300 is required to secure your booking.

If for any reason, your session has to be postponed, your session fee will be available to be applied to a future session within one calendar year.

Credit card payments are accepted through my secure online client portal.

Payment plans are available upon request.

3. Travel

Sessions can take place at your home or at a location of your choice within the Saint Louis, MO Area. Locations further than 30 miles from my office in 63143 will be charged a minimum $100 travel fee.

4. Lighting

I rely on natural lighting for all sessions. If we are uncertain about the available light in your home, I can pop by for a quick visit to make the call.

5. Rescheduling

There is no penalty to reschedule due to bad weather &/or illness.

We reschedule to the next session date & time available for us both.

I understand that things come up unexpectedly but when possible; I appreciate clients providing me at least 48 hours notice on rescheduling requests.
